Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our website or finalizing a vehicle purchase.

1. Vehicle Availability and Pricing

All vehicles listed on our website are subject to prior sale. Prices ("Wholesale Export Prices") shown typically do not include international freight, destination customs duties, or your local taxes unless explicitly stated in a formal invoice.

2. Inspections and Conditions

While we accurately describe the vehicles based on rigorous internal checks, all vehicles are sold "As-Is" upon leaving the port in China. We highly encourage and fully accommodate independent third-party inspections prior to the final shipment.

3. Payment Terms

Standard export payment terms involve a deposit to secure the vehicle and finalize export documents, and the remaining balance upon the Bill of Lading (B/L) issuance. All transactions are securely conducted via Bank Telegraphic Transfer (T/T).
